We accept exchange only, no refunds.
You may exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item / wrong size / wrong color, OR

  • The item has a manufacturing defect when delivered.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With hygiene sticker still intact

📌 For hygiene reasons, panties & Nu Bra cannot be exchanged if tried on.


Not Eligible

We cannot accept exchange for:

  • Wrong size chosen by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Items that have been worn / washed / stained

  • Sale items & promotional bundles


Exchange Window

Please contact us within  5 days after receiving your parcel.
Requests after 5 days will not be eligible.


📦 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email/ DM us with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photo of the issue

  2. Our team will review within 24–48 hours

  3. Once approved, you may return the item via courier

  4. We will ship your replacement once we receive and inspect the item


🚚 Shipping Fees

  • If it’s our mistake (wrong item/defect):
    → SHHHY covers return & resend shipping.

  • If the customer made a mistake:
    → Shipping fees are borne by the customer.
